2010 Transparency Index Places Pakistan 143rd out of 178 Countries

The 2010 Transparency Index was released recently: http://www.transparency.org/policy_research/surveys_indices/cpi/2010/results ... however, I would say that the accuracy of this is dubious at best.  How else do you explain Pakistan ranking 143rd most corrupt out of 178 countries?  I would say anything lower than 170s is an insult to Pakistan's government.  I say that Zardari should lodge an official complaint.

Or ... Pakistanis should lodge a complaint because I can only imagine Zardari reading the report and calling his secretary saying: "Did you see the corruption index?  You all were on my case to reduce corruption, reduce corruption, but the report clearly shows that there is plenty of room for more."
