Malalai Joya is a young Afghani parliamentarian and a vocal opponent of both the Karzai government and the presence of foreign forces in Afghanistan. For those of us in the west that have the tendency to label any view that criticizes the presence of our armed forces in Afghanistan to be a pro-Taliban view, this should be a good reminder that we don't live in a black and white world.
